Thanks for the website. It contains some
useful information. Sometimes however I think computers can be a hindrance to
learning. The students at our school became very squeamish with dissecting animals
so the school purchased a computer program to simulate dissecting. The programs
features cartoonish animals (e.g. a rabbit, an earthworm, a grasshopper, etc.)
that smile and talk to the students as they are being dissected. The sound of
cutting is replaced with the sound of a zipper, and the scalpel is replaced
with a cursor in the shape of a hand. This might be fine for students who someday
want to practice medicine on Pokemons, but it does nothing to further their
education about the inner workings of animals. I also secretly miss their squeamishness
and the smell of formaldehyde.

Hi Jennifer, I enjoyed visiting your website. I
am a student of Education at Texas A&M in Corpus Christi, TX. I took a course

Do you know if you can use FTP to upload files? Or did you use the online uploader?

This is a great idea. I can now more easily check
on Andrew's progress and keep tabs on what projects he has coming up....Regarding

Ms. Vogt, I think your webpage is a good idea. It
gives both the parents and students an opportunity to view their grades and
upcoming homework, labs and projects. The students should be well prepared for
